En mis clases utilizo la enseñanza de inclusión. Esto significa que todxs son bienvenidxs a la experiencia de aprendizaje. Espero que este curso sirva a lxs alumnxs de diversos orígenes y perspectivas, y que esta diversidad sea un recurso y un fuerte para el curso. Utilizo materias y actividades que representan y respetan la diversidad; por ejemplo, el género, la sexualidad, la discapacidad, la edad, el estatus socioeconómico, la etnia, la raza y la cultura. En particular, las materias del curso comparten las experiencias de grupos que han sido marginados o perseguidos a base de la raza, la etnia, el género, el estatus socioeconómico, la sexualidad y la cultura. Students are expected to adhere to the University of Mississippi Creed and the Standards of Honesty as described in Policy Code ACA.AR.600.001 and written in the M Book.  If you violate the Standards of Honesty, you will be reported and subject to the appropriate sanction which may include expulsion from the University.

Late Work Policy

Si no vas a poder entregar una tarea en la fecha límite, debes pedirme una extensión antes de la fecha límite para evitar una multa. Casi siempre doy extensiones. Tareas entregadas después de la fecha límite recibirán una multa (penalty) de por lo menos 10%, o más según la discreción de la profesora.
